There are 4 different dimensions (6 if using an older version), each of them with unique blocks, mobs items and atmosphere.
To get to one of the dimensions, you have to ignite a nether shaped portal with a certain item.
The Shadowlands[]
The Shadowlands dimension is a dark shadowy dimension with grey trees and black stone dungeons along
with occasional red cactus forests, red forests, metal forests and blue forests with extra tall trees.
To get to the Shadowlands, you first need to kill the Wither Skeleton Commander (Or Awakened star if before 1.16.5) which drops a Shadow Orb.
You now have to build a portal frame with Shadow Stone, which also drops from the Wither Skeleton Commander (Or Awakened star if before 1.16.5)
To ignite the portal you right click the frame with the Shadow Orb
Once you are in the Shadowlands there are many different biomes you can visit but watch out,
there are a lot of hostile mobs
(this biome was removed)
The Vellium[]
The Vellium dimension is a bright sunny cheerful place - but do not be fooled - the strange yellow one-eyed
beasts which inhabit it are deadly.
To enter the Vellium you have to build a portal out of Vellium Stone and ignite it with a Vellium Portal Igniter.
Both of the ingredients can be found in small towers in the Shadow Forest
Be sure to build the portal with Vellium Stone and not with Carved Vellium Stone.
In the Vellium there are 2 main Biomes, one with pastel trees (or clouds if using an old version) and another with big, golden hills and pink trees.
The Glowshroom Forest[]
The Glowshroom forest has glowing mushrooms everywhere, but be careful - some of them can move and
are not at all welcoming to outsiders.
The dimension also has strange stinging Jellyfish and Spore Mines (inspired by Warhammer 40k) the spore
mines seem harmless but will explode without warning if you go near them.
To get to the Glowshroom Forest you need to right click a Doom Star Alter wearing a full Void Traveller Armor.
To get the Armor, you need to obtain a Void Orb, which drops from Golden Cubes and right click a Doom
Star Altar. Now you can fight the Doom Star, which drops a Void key with which you can open certain doors in
Void dungeons in the Shadow Forest. In those dungeons, there are some chests filled with parts of the Void
Traveller Armor.
If you have a full set and right click a Doom Star Alter, you will get the ingredients to build the portal to the
Glowshroom Forest.
The Portal is built like the rest of the portals but with Darkshroom Stone and is ignited with a Glowshroom

The Forgotten Desert (Changed to Tyrene in v2.10) (Removed in 3.0)[]
The Forgotten Desert has huge ruined rusty metal towers and generators - the remnants of an advanced
civilisation lost to the harsh sandy wasteland.
To enter Tyrene, you need to build a portal frame out of sandstone and ignite it with a
golden coin.
You get copper coins from killing some mobs and silver coins from some rare mobs and bosses.
32 silver Coins can be trade into 1 gold coin using the robot trader which is somewhere in the
Glowshroom Forest.
.
This dimension was removed in the 3.0 rewrite due to being fairly empty and not very interesting.
The Blood Forest[]
The Blood Forest dimension is an evil dark place, full of hostile mobs and covered in sharp spikes which
without the right armor can tear apart the player, one the most powerful bosses in the game can be
summoned here - but it's very powerful so make sure you can get back to the altar if you get killed
don't worry it won't despawn).
You need a Purity Armor to survive the spikes that are everywhere in the bloodlust dimension.
To get there you need a portal frame made out of Red Nether Bricks which are crafted with Nether Warts
and Nether Bricks.
To ignite the portal frame you need a Blood Key, which can be found in a structure in the Glowshroom
Forest dimension.
Sparkpolia (Moved to the Shadow Forest in 3.0)[]
This biome (dimension in old versions) is full of creepers and strange creeper like monsters, in old versions can be reached by using a Creeper Key (dropped by Creeper knights in the Glowshroom Forest) on a frame of underbricks
The dimension also has ghostly mobs which appear translucent. The armor which you can get there gives increased swimming speed.
